Messi Shirt Reads, Sindrome X Fragile


Lionel Messi magnificent form continues to give sleepless nights to the opposition and on Saturday Real Madrid get humiliated by the Barcelona ace forward.

Messi and Thierry Henry struck twice and with a goal a piece for Gerrard Pique and Carlo Puyol dashed Real chances of defending the title.

Apart from striking the opposition out of the game, the Argentinean has found another cause to work for.

Messi shows the written words- Sindrome X Fragile

After scoring the fifth goal of Barcelona’s 6-2 win over Real,  he lifted his shirt to show a message, “Sindrome X Fragile”, which is the name of a medical condition known in English as Fragile X Syndrome.

Fragile X Syndrome is a genetic problem that leads to emotional, mental, and sometimes physical problems in its sufferers.

Messi himself explained, he suffered from hormonal problems as a child, and had he not received help he could never have been in a position to score a vital goal for one of the world’s top clubs.
